Our Wargh! games are designed for every fitness level. As long as you can handle a slow jog or a brisk walk while carrying a light load, you should be fine.
Having said that, of course the fitter you are, the more exciting the game will become. It is no coincidence that many of our players have taken on trailrunning and cycling to boost their current fitness level. At the end of the day, we can assure you that you will feel fitter if you join us for regular games. If you have back or neck injuries, or if you are pregnant or are suffering from any illness that you think may prevent you from playing, please contact us and we will do our best to advise you. |
